Land in alaska?

In the past few days I have been in extreme indecision about buying a large piece of land in Alaska. Now I know what many of you are thinking...why would I want to do a thing like that? Well the truth is that it is a beautiful place, and land is still cheap. I found a 160 acre piece of land that has its own private lake, and mountains. The place is Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, and it is just gorgeous. I will have to think about this a bit more, but as of right now the positives are destroying the negatives!
