Is the market back?

Today we saw the market have a rise of almost 11%, but is this a true sign of hope? I do think that we will be seeing the market come back soon but not this week. I think that a smart place to be investing is is the emerging markets, but also the stock market. Right now we have all of these companies for sale at low prices which makes it one of the best times to buy. If you do not have money that you do NOT need for awhile then I suggest that you look into the stock market. Remember the rule to buy low and sell high everyone. This is a very nice low coming up and I would take a look at getting you hands on some low buys.
