Time for Summer?

Its is about time for summer, or at least that is what the months say, but I am not a believe quite yet. I have been in cold weather nearing as low as 45 degrees, and in all honesty temperatures such as this are closer to winter than summer, or even spring. I hope that the weather will take a turn for the better and this cold winter weather will actually turn into the 80-90 degree summer that I have been promised. Maybe I am not the only one dealing with this horrible weather, but I cannot help but express my pain, and sorrow.
